Gong Bath Sound Therapy | 5.15 PM - 6.15PM (£22) (Herbal Tea) (bring a yoga mat/blanket)
Join a 60-minute gong bath sound therapy session led by Chetna of Aatma Holistic, designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing.
Gong bath sound therapy uses carefully produced sound frequencies to encourage deep relaxation and help regulate the nervous system. Participants rest comfortably while the gong is played, allowing the body to move into a calm, restorative state.
This session may support: Stress and anxiety management, improved relaxation response, mental clarity and focus, general physical and emotional wellbeing
