Chetna is a highly experienced Gong Master, Reiki Master and holistic healing practitioner with over 20 years of training and practice across multiple healing modalities.

She regularly facilitates gong baths, sound healing events, workshops and retreats across London, supporting individuals on their journey toward wellbeing, relaxation and spiritual connection.

What to Bring and Wear at a Gong Bath

To feel fully comfortable during the sound bath meditation, please wear warm, comfortable clothing as the body can cool during deep relaxation.

Yoga Mats and blankets are provided however you may prefer to bring your own.

Gong baths may not be suitable for everyone. Precautions: Tinnitus, Pacemaker, Epilepsy, Pregnancy or Severe mental health conditions

Please avoid alcohol, recreational drugs or excessive caffeine before attending the session.
