How to Play Tibetan Singing Bowls Workshop, Richmond (One to One)
This workshop is for those that are interested in playing Tibetan Brass Hand Hammered Singing Bowls but struggle to play them with confidence.
You will receive one to one advice from Chetna and a full in-person demonstration of the various techniques used to play singing bowls to create different extended tones. You will also be shown how to use the bowls on and around the body and with water to create different effects. There will be plenty of time for you to practice and perfect the techniques with guidance and advice from Chetna.
You will also receive a Sound Bath by Chetna during this session to demonstrate the range of tones that can be achieved by using different playing techniques.
This class is designed for those that are interested in playing bowls for self healing, joy and mindfulness rather than becoming a certified practitioner.
Refreshments are provided.
