Tuning forks are used as a self care tool to uplift and energise the body and mind.

This 2.5 hour Tuning Forks Workshop is an opportunity to spend an afternoon learning how to use tuning forks to alleviate pain, stress/anxiety and shifting emotional/physical blocks in the body.

You will be taught how to strike, hold and use tuning forks on the body and in the energy field. You will also be shown the difference between weighted and unweighted forks.

You will receive one to one healing and a full in-person demonstration of the various techniques including how to use weighted and unweighted forks.

There will be plenty of time for you to practice the techniques so that you can use tuning forks with confidence.

This workshop is designed for those that are interested in learning techniques for self healing to enhance their physical and emotional wellbeing.

This workshop is open to all, no previous experience is required.

Chetna is an experienced energy and sound healing practitioner and regularly teaches courses and runs workshops, events and retreats.

Duration: 2.5 hours

Venue: Richmond upon Thames.

From 1-4 people per workshop or as a private group.
