Qi Gong with Wands & Gong Bath, 1 June, Richmond

£33.00

Join Chetna & Zosia for an afternoon of Flow, Movement and Sound with Qi Gong followed by a Gong Bath.

Zosia will guide you through a relaxing Qi Gong sequence from the ancient Taiwanese, Dao Tong philosophy where we use wooden wands. The wands, known as “ heaven and earth” wands, serve as an instrument to cultivate your vital energy or “qi”. The wooden wands are energised and work on many levels along with the heaven and earth sequence to harmonise yin-yang, reduce stress and remove stagnant energy in the body. Zosia will also bring in energy healing.

Following on from this Chetna will take you on a restorative journey of sound with planetary gongs and other instruments to integrate the healing energies from the Qi Gong. We end the session with herbal tea.

Sound Baths are known to bring many benefits including bringing inner stillness where deep healing can occur. They can also strengthen the nervous system and balance the chakras thereby increasing energy/vitality and alleviating stress.

No previous experience of Qi Gong is required to attend this workshop.

The church dates back to 1896 and has a beautiful apse and stained glass to create beautiful reflective colours as we play the gongs. The church also has incredible acoustics which is perfect for sound healing in a sacred space.

Chetna is the founder of Aatma, she regularly runs events, workshops and retreats. She is a Gong Master, Reiki Master and Teacher in various modalities of healing. She has over 20 years of experience and training.

Zosia is the founder of Healing with Zosia, she is a certified Qi Gong practitioner, spiritual coach and healer. Having completed her training in Taiwan, she brings a beautiful authentic, heart based energy to her healing practice as she brings ancient wisdom into modern day practice.
