Holistic Movement - Yoga and Qi Gong classes.
Sound & Vibration - Drumming and uplifting Mantras.
Live Music by cellist, Angel Tarpov.
Talks: Nutrition for healthy living, ayurveda, crystal healing, colours for love, kinesiology.
Community Spirit: "Loving Kindness" open mic and a collective Wall of Love for your prayers and affirmations.
The first 50 guests to arrive will receive a free pink danburite crystal, specifically chosen to activate the higher heart chakra and promote self-love.
