It is the blueprint of the universe and and a symbol of the cycle of creation with spiritual and mathematical symbology. It represents interconnectedness, the connection between all living things, harmony and unity in the cosmos.

During this workshop you will delve into the healing properties and explore this sacred pattern of the universe through drawing, crystal grids, meditation and sound. You will connect to the frequency/vibration of the flower of life which is the central tone of creation and balance (128Hz).
This workshop is designed for those that are interested in learning techniques for self healing to enhance their physical and emotional wellbeing and can be used as a quick daily practice for self care.
This workshop is open to all, no previous experience is required.
