Mudras are hand yoga or hand postures/gestures used to channel the flow of energy (prana or life force) in the body for physical and spiritual wellbeing.

In Sanskrit the word Mudra means seal/mark or gesture.

Mudras can be used to alleviate specific physical conditions in the body as they are based on acupressure where you stimulate pressure points to promote healing.

During this workshop you will learn about the deeper symbolic meaning of mudras and how to activate various mudras for a specific purpose (e.g. pain relief, digestion, improve cognitive function and to alleviate depression, )

This workshop is designed for those that are interested in learning techniques for self healing to enhance their physical and emotional wellbeing and can be used as a quick daily practice for self care.

This workshop is open to all, no previous experience is required.

Chetna is an experienced energy and sound healing practitioner and regularly teaches courses and runs workshops, events and retreats.

Duration: 2.5 hours

Venue: Richmond upon Thames.

From 1-4 people per workshop or as a private group.
