Tibetan hand hammered and hand inscribed White Tara singing bowl with deep extended tones for relaxation and/or meditation.

White Tara or Sita Tara is the mother of all buddhas and the embodiment of maternal compassion and healing and longevity. She is shown with a protective mudra in her right hand and a wish granting mudra in her left hand with the utpala lotus flower with 3 blossoms representing the past, present and future.

Can be simply struck on the side or encircled around the rim to vibrate and create a beautiful rich tone. Used by buddhist monks during meditation and various therapists and healers.

There are many ways that singing bowls can be used. They can be placed directly on the body or held around the aura to balance and align the chakras. Water can also be placed inside the bowl to alter the sound.
