Tibetan hand hammered and hand inscribed Flower of Life singing bowl with deep extended tones for relaxation and/or meditation.

The Flower of Life symbol represents the cycle of creation. The symbol is said to hold the secrets of the universe with the intricate pattern of overlapping circles.

Can be simply struck on the side or encircled around the rim to vibrate and create a beautiful rich tone. Used by buddhist monks during meditation and various therapists and healers.

There are many ways that singing bowls can be used. They can be placed directly on the body or held around the aura to balance and align the chakras. Water can also be placed inside the bowl to alter the sound.
