A Winter Solstice Live Online Meditation with Chetna to celebrate the return of the light.

As the year draws to a close and the Winter Solstice brings us to the longest night, you are invited to slow down, turn inward and honour the natural rhythm of endings and beginnings.

The Winter Solstice reminds us that darkness and light belong to the same natural cycle. The longest night is not an ending in itself, but a turning point from which the days gradually begin to lengthen.

In the stillness of winter, we can find permission to rest, reflect and trust that growth does not always need to be visible.

The returning light becomes an invitation to remember our own inner light — the wisdom, hope, resilience and possibility that can remain present even through uncertain times.

During this live session we will:

  • Release with gratitude what no longer feels aligned, making space for greater ease, clarity and possibility.

  • Reconnect with your intuition and listen to the quiet wisdom that often emerges when we allow ourselves to slow down.

  • Welcome your inner light through guided visualisation, stillness and intentional reflection.

  • Connect to the Solar light for wisdom and cellular healing.

  • Plant seeds for the season ahead, setting gentle intentions rooted in what feels meaningful and true to you.

This meditation is an invitation to nurture your light, trust your own timing and embrace the unfolding of your next chapter.

Chetna regularly runs events, workshops and retreats. She has over 20 years of experience and training in energy and sound healing.

Date:21 December 2026 at 8pm (60 minutes).

Cost: £11.11 Once you have booked we will send you a zoom link.
