Reiki Drum Journey (Individual Session) 60 mins

In this healing session you will be guided through a “drum journey” whereby you can set a specific intention for guidance and healing.

Reiki Drumming is a combination of Reiki and Drumming. For thousands of years the sound of the drumbeat has been used for sacred healing. The Reiki drum technique introduces reiki to a person’s energy field to bring about deep relaxation thereby releasing deep seated tensions and achieving homeostasis/balance.

The drum beat and rhythm reminds the body of its optimal vibration and can induce alpha state brainwaves. The vibration of the drum beat encourages the mental, emotional and spiritual energy bodies to realign and chakras to become balanced so that we are able to reach our true spiritual selves. Drumming increases the heart rate and blood flow and engages the logical left brain and the intuitive right brain. It slows brain waves to around 8 cycles per second which is the same frequency as the earth.

Note: The drum journey is not suitable for those suffering from Epilepsy.
